Cancellation

Below are the details:

• Any cancellation made after 72 hours (about 3 days) of booking will not be acceptable for any kind of refund.
• The cancellation requests should duly be made on phone calls.
• Cancellation requests via emails or chat fund will not be entertained
• The refund amount will only be reverted to the same account from which the payment is made.
• In case of other mode of payment, de will return it by a cheque
• It may take 10-15 days (about 2 weeks) for the refund to reflect on your bank account.
• We do not refund the service charge.
• We do not promise a refund after the cancellation as it a subject to refund policies of the airlines/hotels/ car rentals.
